PAC provides affordable and life-affirming rescue, adoption, medical care, and training of companion animals to the Delaware Valley and beyond. In addition to PAC’s overall marketing strategies, BTC drove all social media, e-mail, website, internal communications, advertising and advancement/event marketing efforts.
