Philly Cure HD is a 501c nonprofit that offers support to the local Huntington’s Disease community, educates the greater community about HD and the impact this neurodegenerative genetic disorder has on individuals and families. BTC is fully committed to supporting the mission of Philly Cure HD and launched their new website in early June 2023.
Services
HD is a familial disease, passed from parent to child through a genetic mutation. Each child of an HD parent has a 50-50 chance of inheriting the HD gene.
