Direct Mail and Annual Reports

Telling great stories is a key marketing strategy for St. James School, a faith-based private middle school in North Philadelphia that relies on donations to fund full scholarships for every student. This fall, BTC partnered with St. James to write, edit and design the stories that fill the school’s magazine-style Annual Report, distributed in print and as an ebook. For the crucial year-end appeal mailer, we used words and pictures in a multi-fold design that invites donors to follow two 8th graders through a typical school day.

Allan Myers gets its mojo from its motto: the relentless pursuit of excellence. Each year, BTC partners with Myers to package all that positive energy – and the resulting growth in company size and profits – into a year in review magazine. Short articles paired with spectacular photos tell the story of Myers’ people, projects and partners. English and Spanish versions ensure all 2,200+ employees can read it in their native language. The magazine also serves as a reputation-builder sent to industry partners, government officials and influencers.


BTC designed and launched a new a website for one of the region’s most popular non-traditional retirement communities, Springton Lake Village. In addition to the clean, engaging design elements and improved navigation, the site now features a residents-only portal. The portal gives instant access to community activities, menus meetings and much more.

Influencer Campaigns

Partnerships are key to creating strong brand awareness. BTC recently collaborated with a top food influencer from Houston, HangryHoustonian, to create a social media campaign for our client The Chifley Hotel and Rouse. The campaign’s goal was to create awareness for the new brands and increase the followership of their social media platforms by asking followers to create fusion recipes to challenge Chef Ricardo. Ultimately the campaign was successful and saw an overall increase of about 700 new followers across platforms.

Trade Media Relations

Reliance Standard and Matrix Absence Management are leading providers of employee benefits, absence management and workforce productivity solutions. BTC’s job was to elevate Reliance’s credibility and bring the company’s depth of expertise in these areas to market. Through a sustained trade media relations program, amplified on LinkedIn, BTC generated exposure for Reliance experts, building awareness of their opinions and perspectives on topics including benefit solutions, workforce productivity, absence management, regulatory and compliance, and technology advancing the industry.
